Refreshing your browser cache helps ensure you’re loading the most up-to-date version of a webpage. If you’re having trouble viewing new changes or updates, try the steps below for your browser.
Chrome
Desktop
- On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Command + Shift + R (Mac).
- Alternatively, select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Choose Cached images and files, then select Clear data.
Mobile (Android/iOS)
- Tap the three-dot menu.
- Select History > Clear browsing data.
Safari
Desktop (Mac)
- Select Safari > Preferences from the top menu.
- Go to the Advanced tab and check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- From the top menu, select Develop > Empty Caches.
- To refresh the current page, press Command + Option + R.
Mobile (iPhone/iPad)
- Go to your device Settings > Safari.
- Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.
Firefox
Desktop
- On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Command + Shift + R (Mac).
- Alternatively, select the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, select Clear Data.
- Check Cached Web Content, then select Clear.
Mobile
- Tap the three-line menu.
- Select Settings > Delete browsing data.
- Check Cached images and files, then tap Delete browsing data.
Microsoft Edge
Desktop
- On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Command + Shift + R (Mac).
- Alternatively, select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Select Cached images and files, then click Clear now.
Mobile
- Tap the three-dot menu.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
- Check Cached images and files, then tap Clear data.
