How do I update my event details?

You can update your event’s information directly in the admin. Follow the steps below to edit your event name, description, venue details, and more.

Update Event Details

  1. Log in to your account
    1. Australia - https://admin.ticketbooth.com.au/login
    2. New Zealand - https://admin.ticketbooth.co.nz/login
    3. Europe - https://admin.ticketbooth.eu/login
  2. Select Events from the top navigation bar.
  3. Find your event and click Edit. You’ll be taken to the Details page.

Edit Your Event Details

Under Details, you can update:

  • Event name and URL
  • Event start and end date/time
  • On-sale and sale-close dates
  • Venue information
  • Category and age restriction
  • Privacy settings

Edit your Event Listing

Under Listing, you can update:

  • Event description
  • Event website
  • Event thumbnail image
  • Event template
