Manage Listings

Table of Contents

The Listings block on Event Overview will display all of your listings for a particular event.

For each listing, you’ll see some information and options:

  • Title and URL - The title and complete URL for the listing. Click this section to open the live listing in a new tab.
  • Stats - Basic metrics about the listing. Includes total tickets and orders sold through this listing.
  • Edit - Open the listing editor for this listing.
  • View Listing - Open the live listing. (Same behaviour as clicking the listing URL.)
  • View Report - Open a special report with some sales metrics about this listing.
  • Set A Primary Listing - Since you can have more than one event listing, we've added an identifier that will mark one of the listings as the primary listing. That primary listing can then be pulled via API for event websites. To learn more, visit: Primary Event Listings & Event Listings via API

Note: The listing report is based on a new column and filter in the Report Builder, Listing ID. This column is located in Transaction Details in the Financial report type, and you may add it to other reports.

Listing Manager

While that covers individual event listings, you may also manage and compare all created listings in the Listing Manager. This menu is located in the Manage tab.

You may also select Manage in the Listings block to navigate to the menu from any Event Overview.

The Listing Manager provides the same information in a slightly different arrangement. The menu also allows you to filter and find specific listings.

Select the 'Upcoming Only' checkbox to filter out and hide listings associated with past events.

The other main feature of the Listing Manager is the ability to generate a report that compares multiple listings simultaneously. Click the checkbox on the left of each listing you wish to compare.

Once you select two or more listings, a new option will appear. Click "View Report" to open a report in a new tab that compares sales metrics across all your selected listings. This is a great way to quickly compare concurrent listings for the same event to find which page drives the most ticket sales!
