Ticket Exchanges can be customised in a number of ways depending on seller preferences.

Enable Tickets Exchanges
Turns the Ticket Exchanges feature on and off. Turning the feature on exposes Ticket Exchanges in My Tickets and allows customers to submit their exchange requests with respect to the following settings.
Automatically approve valid exchange requests.
When selected, valid exchange requests will be approved and processed immediately with no intervention needed from the seller. Requests that do not meet basic requirements will be added to the exchange request queue for manual review.
Disable Auto Approval 1 Day (24hrs) Prior
Valid requests made within 24 hours of the event start time will not be auto-approved. (Requests will be sent to the queue for manual review.)
Include Link to Exchanges in Confirmation Email
Adds a link to each email that has a valid ticket for exchanging.

Maximum Number of Allowed Exchanges
After this maximum is reached, a customer will no longer be able to request exchanges for the tickets in this order.
Allow exchange requests until
Define a timeframe prior to the event starting that will prevent the customer from requesting an exchange.
Exchange Policy Display your organisation’s exchange policy prior to them starting an exchange request. use this space to inform them of deadlines and exceptions.
Ineligible Exchange Messaging
Display custom messaging when a customer attempts to start an exchange from an ineligible order. Use this space to tell a customer why their exchange has not processed and direct them to contact your customer service team with questions or issues.
Custom Exchange Messaging (Appears in email)
Display custom messaging at the end of the submission form, before the customer submits the request. Suggested messaging might include items as shown in the image above.

Custom Confirmation Messaging
Display custom messaging when a customer has successfully submitted a new request. Use this space to let them know that they will receive a new confirmation email and tickets sent via their original delivery method.
