The customer blacklist feature allows you to deny tickets to any number of customers based on their email address.
From the admin, select Customers > Customer Blacklist.

- Blacklist feature is available to all account owners by default
- Account owners can add additional users as needed

Upload a Blacklist CSV
The uploaded CSV should be a single column of email addresses with no header row.
Import files cannot exceed 8MB.
- By default, this will apply to all events (current and future)
- Alternatively, you can use the Event Selection Tool to select specific events to apply the blacklisted emails to
Quick Add
Add a single email to the blacklist via the quick add option.
- This option launches the event selection tool before entering an email
- Not making any event selections and moving forward applies it to all events, current and future
- Alternatively, the user can select specific events to apply the blacklisted email to
Customer Experience
If a blacklisted email attempts to get tickets, the following error message will appear: "Sorry, we're unable to accept your ticket submission at this time."
