Daily Sales Report (Automatic)

An overview of daily sales reports within Leap Event Ticketing.

This functionality is not enabled by default. Please contact support to have this enabled for your account. 

 

Event Ticketing has two types of automatic reports:

Daily Report (Every 24 hours) 

You can set up automatic emails to be sent to any email that has a report of all activity for the past 24 hours. 

Please keep in mind that it will be the last 24 hours for when you'd like to receive the report. For example, 6 pm means that sales would be from 6 pm to 6 pm. 

Daily Report for All-Time Sales

You can set up automatic daily emails to be sent to any email that has a report of sales for all time for that particular event. This can be managed via the admin and is located on the event overview page.

FAQs

I did not receive a daily report email today, what's going on?

A daily sales report is only issued if you have made sales in the past 24 hours; failure to receive a report is usually due to a lack of ticket sales. Please contact us if you believe you are not receiving a report due to an error.
