The Stripe M2 payment reader is a compact device that enables you to accept various payment methods, such as credit cards and mobile payments, by connecting to our mobile Box Office via a smartphone or tablet.
- The M2 is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.
- The M2 is only compatible in the United States.
Getting Started with the M2
- Make sure M2 is fully charged and turned on.
- The four green lights indicate the device is on, charged, and ready to pair.

The lights also indicate the battery level:
- 4 = Fully charged
- 1 = Needs charged
- Log in to the Box Office mobile app.
- Tap the gear icon.

Tap Payment Readers.

Select Stripe M2 Reader Via Bluetooth.

Tap Discover Card Reader.

Tap OK if/when using an iOS device.

Tap the name of the device in the Select Reader window. The M2 will beep with a successful connection.

The Device Connected window will indicate that your device is connected and ready to use!
- A green box will be displayed at the top of the screen, indicating that the terminal is connected.
- Once the Complete Order button is tapped, you will be prompted to swipe/insert/tap your card to complete your transaction.
