About Bundles
A bundle is often a group of tickets for the same event sold together as a single item in a transaction. Bundles can also include products (e.g., merchandise) sold with tickets as a single item.
Bundles differ from event packages in that packages are groups of tickets to multiple events sold together.
Important Considerations
- It is not possible to use Access Codes with Bundles.
- Refer to Create an Event Package for information on packages.
- This feature is not available for all clients. If you want to create event packages and bundles, please email support for more information.
Creating a New Bundle
Bundles are created during Step 2 (Inventory) of the event setup process.

Adding a Bundle
On Step 2: Inventory of the event creation process, you first need to create all price levels you wish to include in the bundle.
Click Add a Bundle to add groups of event tickets to be sold together as an individual package. Then, you'll need to enter details about the bundle.
- Name - Enter the name of the bundle. This name is visible to customers.
- Description - Enter any brief, additional details about the bundle
- Multiple Ticket Holders - Select whether to allow individual ticket holders for each ticket in the order or to assign the entire bundle to the primary ticket holder placing the order
- Status - Specify whether this bundle is currently available.
- Inventory - Enter the total amount of bundles available to be purchased.
- Price Levels - All price levels previously added will be listed in this section. Using the quantity dropdown, select the quantity of each to include in the bundle. (e.g., 5 GA tickets with 1 bottle service ticket).
- Add Products - Similarly, all products previously added will be listed in this section. Using the quantity dropdown, select the quantity of each to include in the bundle.
- Total Value - This section will display the total face value of all price levels and/or products you have selected, both online and at the box office.
- Bundle Price (Online) - Specify the discounted price to charge customers online.
- Bundle Price (Box Office) - Specify the discounted price to charge customers at the box office.
- Service Fee - The service fee is displayed below both the online and box office bundle prices.
- Min. Bundles per Order - Enter the minimum number of bundles of this type that must be purchased in a single order.
- Max. Bundles per Order - Enter the maximum number of bundles of this type that can be purchased in a single order.
