The percentage (0-100) of the per-ticket service fee you would like to pay when selling tickets online. If you pass the entire service fee to the customer, set this as 0%. If you wish to cover the service fee, set this to 100%.

Sellers have the option to cover some or all of the service fees on a ticket. This is determined in the event set up process by the Online Service Fee % Covered and Box Office Service Fee % Covered fields, which are designed to allow you to specify the percentage of the service fee you will cover.

The system default for these fields is 0%, meaning the ticker buyer pays all service fees. Setting either field to 100% means the seller covers all service fees. According to industry standards, sellers using the box office will choose to cover 100% of the service fees.
