Account Settings

You can access the following options from the Settings menu (found in the top right dropdown):

  • My Account - Edit your user settings and change your registered email address and/or password
  • All Users - (Only available to the account owner) Add and edit users on the account. Once you reach the page, add a new user by clicking Add Additional Users
    • If you need to limit a user's permissions, click on the user. In the Permissions section, click to check individual permissions that you want to grant to the user.
  • Organisation - Update the contact information for your company or organisation
  • Cart Mode - Configure Cart Mode to allow customers to purchase multiple tickets or products in a single transaction
  • Payment Settings - View current payment details
  • Sidekick - Sidekick is an application that helps you print thermal tickets
  • Appearance- Enable/disable Dark Mode
    • Enable Dark Mode for a great viewing experience in low-light environments
  • Sign Out - Exit the admin
