Box Office Reporting - Sales Details

View recent sales or an end-of-day report from within the Box Office.

How To

Click the Reporting and Settings button in the Settings Section of Box Office.

Select a Report: Last 20 Orders by Me, Last Order by Me, or End of Day Report.

The End of Day Report will list tickets, transactions, and revenue by payment type (American Express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Cash, Check Comp, etc.).

Selecting Last 20 Orders by Me, or Last Order By Me, will show the screen below:

Click on the View Details button next to the sale you’d like to view

There are two tabs at the top of the Sale Details page: Valid Tickets and Sale Notes. If enabled, there will also be a Products tab.

  • Sale Details: Displayed on the right-hand side.
  • Jump to Admin: Certain tasks cannot be completed within Box Office (ie, adding events, running a detailed report, looking up specific information about a customer or order). If you need to complete these tasks, click on this button to jump to the Ticketing Admin. Doing so opens the Admin in a new tab and keeps Box Office active, and leaves you at your stage of the checkout process when you open the Admin.
  • Resend Receipt: Send an email to your customer that includes a receipt and a link to view and print their tickets from any standard printer.
  • View/Print Tickets: Open a new tab to view and print your customer’s tickets to any standard printer.
  • Add Note: Add a custom note to the order. Once a Note has been added, other Box Office users associated with your account can view the information under the Sale Notes tab.
  • Void: This will void the ticket barcode. Note: Voiding the barcode does not automatically process a refund. For more on refunds, please visit Processing Refunds.
