When an exchange request is submitted (if auto-approval is disabled), you may review these requests in the Exchange Manager.
To get started, from the admin, select Customers in the top menu and locate Exchanges in the sidebar.
The table displays basic information about all pending exchanges, such as a timestamp and the Order ID, for each exchange request. Click the Manage Exchanges link to view the customer’s request.

Approvals and Denials
The window displays all information pertinent to the potential exchange, including details for the original event, the new event, and all tickets proposed for the exchange.

- Click Confirm Exchange to accept and process the exchange. The customer will receive a new order confirmation, which includes their new tickets.

- Click Deny Exchange to reject the exchange. The customer will receive an update email informing them that their exchange request has been denied. In the field provided, you may include a message explaining why the request was denied.
- Optional: Check the Silently Deny - do not notify option; the customer will not be notified.
