This tutorial shows how to customise the customer Receipt email.
Adding the Event Header
The event header can be applied to the customer's receipt:
- Click the Manage button at the top of the admin panel.
- Click the Templates button on the right side of the screen.
- Select the template by clicking the Edit button beside it.
- Select Show Header Image on email.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Adding Additional Text to the Email
Additional text can be added to the customer receipt:
- Click the Overview button next to the event you want to customize the receipt page for.
- On the left sidebar, click on Advanced Settings.
- Select Additional Receipt Text and add the text below.
- Click Submit once finished.
