Cutomise Customer Receipt

This tutorial shows how to customise the customer Receipt email.

Adding the Event Header

The event header can be applied to the customer's receipt:

  1. Click the Manage button at the top of the admin panel.
  2. Click the Templates button on the right side of the screen.
  3. Select the template by clicking the Edit button beside it.
  4. Select Show Header Image on email.
  5. Click Save to apply changes.

Adding Additional Text to the Email

Additional text can be added to the customer receipt:

  1. Click the Overview button next to the event you want to customize the receipt page for.
  2. On the left sidebar, click on Advanced Settings.
  3. Select Additional Receipt Text and add the text below. 
  4. Click Submit once finished.
