Swapping Reserved Seating Tickets

Swapping tickets (GA and Reserved Seating) is done by admin users, not by customers. For information on self-service ticket exchanges, processed by customers themselves, please refer to our Exchange help article.

 

Note: Swapping permission is set by client support. If you do not see this feature in your account, please contact support for information.

Instructions

From the order details page, select the Tickets drop down menu and choose Swap Reserved Tickets. Please note the Seat number and Event ID before proceeding.

Click the seats on the map that you want to release and exchange to another seat or event. Then choose to swap tickets within the same event or swap with a different event.

Choose the event date and time that you would like to exchange into.

Next, select your new seat on the map. You can also choose to Update Barcodes on New Tickets if you like, replacing the barcodes on the original tickets and invalidating the original barcodes.

Click Select Seats. Your swap will finalise and you will be redirected back to the Order Details page.

If a ticket has already been scanned, you must scan the ticket back out before swapping the ticket.
