Do I have to watch the entire training in one go?
No, Loom will record your progress and you can come back to it when you are ready.
What happens if I don't finish the training?
You will not receive your Ticketbooth login details.
Why do I need to do this?
We have found that completing this training greatly increases self-sufficiency with the platform and will reduce your need to contact client support - meaning you can get your events onsale as quickly as possible! It's only 30mins (but watch it on 1.2x speed for a quick 20min training)
