Enter the recipient's email address and click Add. You may repeat this step to continue entering more recipients.
Next, you'll determine the Frequency you want to receive these email notifications. By default, we'll deliver an email every time the rule is activated; however, you can opt to compile all of these notifications into an hourly, daily or weekly digest. (This alternative may be ideal for notifications that you expect to receive at a high volume.)
By default, Agent generates smart, dynamic notifications that provide info based on the details in your rule. For example, a notification that is delivered every time an event sells 500 tickets will automatically inform the recipient about the event and the quantity sold.
You can also customize these messages using the editor in this step. Buttons featured allow you to stylize and emphasize certain text or include tokens, which will be automatically replaced with the relevant details. (As an example, instead of [Event Name], the recipient will see the actual name of the event.)

We recommend writing short, succinct custom text message notifications that remain under 160 characters.
Adjust a Price Level

First, you will need to select an event and price level. Click Select Price Level and click your preferred event. Next, in the prompt that displays the event's price levels, click the checkbox for the appropriate price level and then click Make Selection.
Finally, enter the newly adjusted price for the online checkout price and the box office price if applicable.
