Frame Load Interrupted - Error Message in Box Office App (iPad)
The Box Office app must be added to the list of 'always allowed' apps. Follow the official Apple guidelines.

MOTO = Mail Order Telephone Order.

If you receive the error message "Moto is not supported" and you are unable to complete Box Office transactions, Moto likely needs to be enabled on your account.
Moto means Mail Order Telephone Order.
Stripe requires that:

MOTO is to be enabled on your Stripe account on two levels
- The Stripe account itself
- The connect platform under the account
- A phone number has been verified with their Stripe account
Per Stripe's support documentation, This can only be done through a direct request to Stripe support
If you need to process phone and mail payments via the API, contact us to enable this feature on your Stripe account.
"You're trying to checkout without sufficient items in your order."
In the Product setup, check 'Purchasable Without Tickets', which determines whether someone can buy without tickets.
"Invalid security token supplied"
Refresh the Box Office URL to resolve this issue.
Box Office User Can See Hidden Events or Price Levels
Check the user's permissions. There's one called 'View Hidden Events in Box Office' and another to 'View Inactive Price Levels in Box Office'
