If the Box Office link is not working, please get in touch with Client Support to have the Box Office feature activated on your account.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- From the Ticketing admin page, select Box Office in the upper right-hand part of the admin menu bar.

- The Box Office interface will open

- Select the Event that you wish to issue complimentary tickets for.

- You will then be redirected to the available price levels of the event you selected.

- Click the Ticket type that you want, and you will be prompted how many tickets you'll book for that ticket type.

- If you would like to book another ticket type, select another ticket and enter the quantity again. Review the total, then click Checkout.
- This will bring you to the Checkout page, where you need to fill out the ticket details and the billing address.
For complimentary tickets, you can skip the billing address and enter the customer's name and email (if sending directly to a customer).

Delivery Method
You can select a payment method from the ones available on your account.
- Print at Home: Sends a receipt through email.
- Mobile: Sends a receipt through phone
- No Delivery (default): No email/phone receipt will be sent to the customer. This option is used to book a ticket on the event date. Rush Booking.
To send an e-ticket for the complimentary ticket, select Print at Home.
Payment Method
- Comp: Choose Comp as the payment method. This ensures that the ticket you are issuing will be issued as a complimentary ticket.
To complete the transaction, click Complete Order.
