Modifying Advanced Settings
Account owners can set seller-wide defaults to these Advanced Settings in the Organization section under the settings dropdown.
From an Event Overview page, use the sidebar and scroll to Advanced Settings:

A new page will be shown with a variety of customisation options. Each setting has a tool tip which will display when hovering:

There are many settings available. Some of the most widely used are:
- Hide Event Time - Allows you to hide the Event time on the event page and receipt
- Hide Event Date & Time - Allows you to hide the event Date and Time on ticketing page and on receipt
- Hide Venue Info - Allows you to hide the venue info (name/address) on ticketing page and print-at-home ticket
- Hide "X days Away" - Allows you to hide the countdown on the ticketing page of the number of days left until event date
- Hide Calendar Link - Hides the calendar icon on the ticketing page
- Hide Age Limit - Hides the age limit on the ticketing page
- Hide Price Range - Hides the ticket price range on ticketing page
- Hide "Best Available" - For seated events. Hides the "Best Available" option in the Purchase Tickets Box, forcing customers to choose a section of the venue to purchase tickets for.
- Hide "Pre-Sale Date" - For events that have Pre-sale code applied, the Purchase Tickets box will inform ticket buyers of the event's on-sale date. Enabling this will hide the "on-sale" date in the purchase tickets box.
- Presale Instruction Text - Customise the instructional text your customer sees in the purchase tickets box during an event's presale
- Presale Placeholder Text - Customise the placeholder text your customer sees in the presale code input box during an event's presale
- Disclose Service Fee - This will display the service fee and ticket price throughout the purchase flow for all your events. Not recommended with Reserved Seating events.
-
Allow Customers to Extend Reservation time - Customise the reservation window for ticket buyers, ensuring they have ample time to finalise their orders before their cart expires.

Custom Redirect URL
.png)
When using Event Listings, the Custom Redirect URL should be used. This will trigger the system to redirect customers to your Event Listing link rather than the classic listing link.
If you're using the Event Calendar list view, when customers click the "Buy Tickets” button, it will link out to the Classic Listing link rather than the Event Listings link if you leave the custom redirect URL blank. The same thing will happen if customers find your event on our website at www.ticketbooth.com.au. The “Get Tickets” button will link to the Classic Listing if you do not insert your event listing link in the Custom Redirect URL.
Warning: Be sure to paste your entire Event Listing link URL (including the https:// portion) to the custom redirect URL field. If you forget to include that portion, it will not link correctly.
