The Series Dashboard consists of three new views that allow organisers to see detailed inventory information for their whole series and more easily navigate within the event series. Organisers can switch between Day, Week, and Month views to view summaries of ticket sales and remaining inventory without needing to navigate to specific child events or run custom reports.
How Does It Work?

From the Event Overview page on the series parent event, the dashboard views will be found near the top of the page. Users can choose the day, week, or month view. Details of each view below!
Day
The Day view defaults to the current day; however, users can use the arrows to flip forward and backward, or can select a specific day from the embedded calendar.
The right side of the screen shows all child events for that day, and users can quickly jump to the Guest List, the edit event details page, or to the Box Office for that event.

Week
The Week view displays a heatmap summary for the week, providing organisers with an at-a-glance view of their sold/remaining inventory for the entire week. This view defaults to the first week that has active events.

If there are multiple time slots within a given hour, the Week view reflects the aggregate inventory. Users can click on a block to see a more detailed breakdown of the events and quick links to specific event pages.
From this pop-up, users can click on the inventory total to see a price-level breakdown, or click on the overflow menu to see quick links to go to the Event Overview, Pause Sales for that specific child event, jump to the Guest List, or jump to the Box Office.

Notes:
- Hidden price levels do appear in the Week View price level list
- For Reserved Seating events, discounted price levels do not appear in this price level list. You can view these using standard Reporting tools.
Month
The Month view shows a summary of all child events for the event series in a familiar month-calendar style. Users can click on a specific day to jump to the Day view and see the breakdown of individual events

FAQs
Can I export views from the Series Dashboard?
No, the initial release does not support exporting the various views of the Series Dashboard. The Series Dashboard is intended to give organisers an at-a-glance understanding of their series inventory and should not be used in place of reporting tools.
Why doesn’t the Series Dashboard match my reports?
The Series Dashboard reflects both issued inventory and reserved inventory (i.e., currently in a customer’s cart). This can cause some discrepancies with reporting, which only reflects completed purchases. Organisers should rely on reporting tools for final ticket sales.
What about Products and Bundles?
The Series Dashboard reflects ticket inventory only. Products do not show up in any view. Bundles do not show up as separate line items, but the total counts of the tickets within each bundle are reflected.
