How to Find and Print My Guest List

The guest list is a live record of customers at any given event.

Single Event

To find your guest list for a single event:

  1. From the admin page, click the Events tab and find your event
  2. Click the title of the event to open the Event Overview page
  3. From the Event Overview page, click on Guest List near the top right
  4. Click Export Guests

Event Series

To find your guest list for an Event Series:

  1. From the admin page, click the Events tab and find your event
  2. Click the title of the event series to open the Event Series Overview
  3. Click View Events to see all events in the series
  4. Find and click the specific event that you would like to see the guest list for
  5. From the Event Overview, click on Guest List in the top right
  6. Click Export Guests

From here, you can choose whether you would like to see it with or without comments. Once the list is exported, it will be available to print, if desired.
