What Is ScanFast?

ScanFast is a mobile ticket scanning app for Leap Event Ticketing. 

Download the App

Features within ScanFast, like RFID scanning, rely on NFC capabilities, necessitating a device equipped with NFC.

1. Search for “ScanFast” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device
2. Tap Install to begin your download
3. Once the download has completed, tap the ScanFast app icon to begin

Connect to Wi-Fi

Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi is not available, cellular data networks can be used (if available).

Sign In

Enter your Leap Event Ticketing account email and password, then tap Sign In. 

Select Your Events

The first time you sign in to ScanFast, the app will automatically display the Device Setup menu, allowing you to select scanning events. 

• The menu displays a list of all upcoming events
• Tap any event to select it
• Tap an event again to deselect it
  

  When selecting events to download, tap the checkmark in the top right to automatically filter the events by date (today or tomorrow).

   
• When you have finished selecting events to scan, tap Download Tickets
  

  

• When the selected events have downloaded successfully, a confirmation message will appear. Tap to dismiss.
• A list of all selected events is displayed. All price levels are selected for each event by default.
• Optional: Select any applicable products to be fulfilled/scanned
  

  Products can only be fulfilled by an order level barcode.

   

  

  
  

  Optional: If you want to filter individual price levels, tap an event on this menu and select the price levels that should be accepted.

   

1. Tap Make Selection when you have finished
2. Tap Done to complete the event setup. 
3. Now, you are ready to scan!
