The Client Support Team serves all clients by providing email and phone support weekdays Monday – Friday, from 9 AM–5 PM AEST.

Most email requests are responded to within 4-6 business hours, and cases are escalated due to level of urgency, with issues regarding stopped sales or events happening within 24 hours of the origination email taking first priority. 

Clients can also use our online support site, available at http://clienthelp.leapevents.com/ or by clicking the question mark button on the bottom left of the screen on each page of the admin.

In addition, after 6 PM AEST Monday through Sunday and every weekend and holiday, a Client Services agent is available to reply to urgent and non-urgent emails that relate to events within the next 48 hours.
