Use AdRoll Retargeting to show ads across platforms and devices to users who have already visited your event listings.
Retargeting enables marketers to deliver ultra-personalised content to users who have previously visited their website. AdRoll assists in the retargeting process by turning site visitors into customers and creating loyalty through its growth marketing program.
To set up your AdRoll integration, please follow the instructions below.
Configuring The AdRoll Integration
Step 1
Create a new AdRoll account if you do not already have one: https://app.adroll.com/account/register
Step 2
Retrieve your AdRoll retargeting pixel ID numbers.
- Log in to AdRoll > Audiences tab (located on the top banner of the page)
- Select “Setup your AdRoll Pixel”
Note: It may say “Inactive (No Activity)” if you have not yet put it on your own website

- Choose your GDPR Consent options
- AdRoll's Cookie Consent Tool (Recommended)
- Use a Custom Banner
- No Banner

- Copy the pixel code, and then copy only the “AdRoll Adv ID” and “Pix ID” from the SmartPixel Box
- Ex: Adv ID: “7NLX5N7QRBCORDKONX6VZ2” and Pix ID: “A3I43VBWKBBMDHTYV0KFSR”

- Ex: Adv ID: “7NLX5N7QRBCORDKONX6VZ2” and Pix ID: “A3I43VBWKBBMDHTYV0KFSR”
Step 3
Once you have your Adv ID and Pix ID, you will need to place them on your event listings.
- Log in to the Admin > Marketing > Marketing Accounts > AdRoll
- Enter Adv ID and Pix ID
- Select Save
