Cart Mode enables online ticket buyers to purchase tickets for multiple events (from the same seller) in a single transaction.
Cart Mode is disabled by default. Please contact support to have Cart Mode enabled.
Using Cart Mode
- Select Cart Mode in the Settings menu
- Adjust the Cart Mode Enabled setting to turn the feature on/off
- Adjust the Checkout Time Limit for ticket purchases made when Cart Mode is active
- Adjust the Upsell Enabled setting to turn that option on/off
Note: When enabled, the checkout time limit for Cart Mode overrides the time limit for all other events.
